【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesthetechnicalrequirementstominimisethehazardslistedinClause4whichcanariseduringthecommissioning,operationandmaintenanceofairstartequipmentwhencarriedoutinaccordancewiththespecificationsgivenbythemanufacturerorhisauthorisedrepresentative.Italsotakesintoaccountsomeperformancerequirementsrecognisedasessentialbyauthorities,aircraftandgroundsupportequipment(GSE)manufacturersaswellasairlinesandhandlingagencies.ThisEuropeanStandardappliestothefollowingtypesofairstartequipmentusedforcivilaircraft:?storedairsystemswithoutcompressors;?mobiledieselpoweredairstartunits;?mobileturbinepoweredairstartunits;?airdeliverysystemsoframporpassengerboardingbridges,asdefinedinClause3(ExamplesseeAnnexA).ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotestablishrequirementsforthepressurevesselsincludedintheairstartequipment.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotestablishrequirementsfornoiseandvibration.NoiseandvibrationaredealtwithrespectivelyinEN1915-4andEN1915-3.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotdealwithhazardsinrespecttoastandardautomotivechassisandfromothervehiclesontheapron.ThisPartofEN12312isnotapplicabletoairstartequipmentwhichismanufacturedbeforethedateofpublicationofthisEuropeanStandardbyCEN.
