【摘要】:Thistestmethodmaybeusedforacceptancetestingofcommercialshipmentsofsnapfasteners,butcautionisadvisedsinceinformationonbetweenlaboratoryprecisionisincomplete.Comparativetestsasdirectedin5.1.1areadvisable.5.1.1IncaseofadisputearisingfromdifferencesinreportedtestresultswhenusingTestMethodD4846foracceptancetestingofcommercialshipments,thepurchaserandsellershouldconductcomparativeteststodetermineifthereisstatisticalbiasbetweentheirlaboratories.Competentstatisticalassistanceisrecommendedfortheinvestigationofbias.Asaminimum,thetwopartiesshouldtakeagroupoftestspecimensthatareashomogeneousaspossibleandthatarefromalotofmaterialofthetypeinquestion.Thetestspecimensthenshouldbeassignedrandomlyinequalnumberstoeachlaboratoryfortesting.TheaverageresultsfromthetwolaboratoriesshouldbecomparedusingStudentrsquo;t-testforunpaireddataandanacceptableprobabilitylevelchosenbythetwopartiesbeforetestingisbegun.Ifabiasisfound,eitheritscausemustbefoundandcorrectedorthepurchaserandsellermustagreetointerpretfuturetestresultsinthelightoftheknownbias.1.1Thistestmethodcoversthedeterminationoftheforcerequiredtodisengagesnapfastenersbyapullperpendiculartoandparallelwiththeplaneofthesnapfastener.1.2Thistestmethodrequiresattachmentofsnapstospecimensusingspecificationsprovidedbytheproducersofthesnaps.1.3Thistestmethodisusedtoestablishcorrelationtowearconditionsandforcomparingdifferentbrandsandtypesofsnapfasteners.1.4ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesstatedintheparenthesesareforinformationonly.1.5Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
