【摘要】:ThispartofISO7267specifiesamethodforthedeterminationoftheapparenthardness,expressedinInternationalRubberHardnessDegrees(IRHD),ofvulcanized-orthermoplastic-rubberrollercovers.ThemethodissimilarinprincipletothemethodsusedforthedeterminationofthehardnessofrubberinISO48inthatitconsistsessentiallyofmeasuringthedepthofpenetrationofasphericalindentoroperatingunderaspecifiedforce.TheapparatususedissimilartothatdescribedinISO48,havingabasespecificallydesignedforapplicationtorollercoversandsimilarcurvedsurfaces.NOTEWithsomerollers,theremaybesignificantvariationinthethicknessoftherubberoverthesurfaceoftheroller,whichcouldaffectthemeasuredapparenthardness.
