【摘要】:ThispartofIEC61000definesandgivesinformationonprotectionconceptsagainstelectromagneticpulseduetoahighaltitudenuclearexplosion(denotedinwhatfollowsbytheabbreviationHEMP).Theaimofthistechnicalreportistoprovideelementsfor-thedesignofanadequateprotectionforcivilfacilitiesagainstHEMP;-theevaluationofalreadyexistingprotectionswithrespecttostressesimposedbyHEMP;-thecomparisonoftherequirementsofHEMPandlightningprotectioninordertoshowiftheycanbecombinedatlowcost;-anemphasisofthedifferencesbetweentherequirementsofHEMPandlightningprotectioninordertopermitanevaluationoftheconsequencesofHEMPwhennoadditionalmeasuresaretakenbeyondexistinglightningprotection.
