【摘要】:1ThispartofISO16120isapplicabletowirerodofnon-alloysteelintendedforwiredrawingand/orcoldrolling.Thecross-sectionmaybecircular,oval,square,rectangular,hexagonal,octagonal,half-roundorothershapeandgenerallywithatleast5mmnominaldimension.Wirerodhasasmoothsurfaceandisgenerallyintendedforsubsequentconversion.2Itisnotapplicabletoproductsforwhichstandardsexistorareunderstudy,e.g.:—steelwirerodintendedforheattreatment;—rodforfree-cuttingsteels;—steelrodforcoldheadingandcoldextrusion;—steelrodintendedfortheproductionofelectrodesandproductsforwelding;—steelrodforweldedfabricforreinforcementforconcrete;—steelrodforwireforhighfatiguestrengthmechanicalsprings,suchasvalvesprings.3InadditiontotherequirementsofthispartofISO16120thegeneraltechnicaldeliveryrequirementsspecifiedinISO404apply.
